About ProbaView
ProbaView is a probability view of the world. Public prices from third-party venues supply implied probabilities for settleable occurrences. This site is financial data software, not a prediction market. It does not offer trading, custody, or deposits.
Sources
- Polymarket public market data — implied probabilities for occurrences
- Kalshi public market data — implied probabilities for occurrences
- FRED public series — observed CPI, the effective federal funds rate, and the ECB deposit facility rate
- Binance public daily klines — observed BTC/USDT and ETH/USDT levels on listed subjects
The server ingests those public APIs into Postgres. The browser does not call upstream APIs. Observed series are not implied probabilities and are not combined with occurrence timelines.
Machine-readable
/api/world/subjects lists each subject and its next occurrence, with a link to that page. Each source's reading, and a link to its page, is on /api/world/state/<subject>/<type>/<date>. They carry no scores and no combined numbers. /api/events is an upstream contract search, not the world model.
